Michele has worked for PeoplExpress Airlines, Philip Morris Management Corporation, Kraft Foodservice, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and smaller organizations as she developed her craft of meeting people where they are, and directing them to transformative growth.   Michele is committed to volunteerism and civic service and has served in leadership positions for organizations focusing on the many communities of which she is a part. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University of Chicago, two coaching credentials, one as Certified Professional Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, and is certified in 360 Navigator™ for comprehensive 360 assessments.
